Orders and payments

After discussing your requirements, we will send you an invoice for the cost of your order, and delivery, if required.

All orders will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% or an agreed amount has been paid.

This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance will be required at least 7 days before the order is due. If this payment is not made, Chae’s Bakes reserves the right to cancel your order without a refund of your deposit.

If your order is made in less than 7 days before it is due, the full payment will be required.

Amendments and cancellations

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, you will need to give at least 7 days’ notice before your order due date.

If you would like to amend your order, please give as much notice as possible. We will let you know if we can accommodate your changes and a revised invoice will be sent as confirmation, listing any additional charges.

If Chae’s Bakes has to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated.

Not happy with your order?

We do hope you are happy with your order, but in the event that you feel your order is not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible by email at or by WhatsApp on 07943 630 880 with pictures and an explanation about the issue.

Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Chae's Bakes.

Collection and delivery

Upon ordering, we will confirm if your order will be delivered or collected.

Orders for collection must be collected at the agreed date and time. If for any reason you are unable to collect, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

Chae's Bakes is not responsible for the order or any damage incurred once collected.

Delivery time slots will be discussed upon order and will incur an additional charge which will included on your invoice.
